Marrying an EU citizen and working in the UK...?

My partner is a Hungarian passport holder (and Australian too, lucky!) and we would like to move to the UK for work. Given I am now too old for the working holiday visa that many Aussies get when they are under 31, once we are married, can I then work in the UK?

I know that in Hungary I get automatic permanent residency (for 5 years... "permanent"?!) once we are married, but I don't know about the UK.

Any clues?

here's some info from the UK border agency. As a family member of an EEA national you have the right to work and live in the UK:

I guess you have the right to work and live in uk you need just to fill some requirement .
