Move to Qatar and fin a job!

Hello
I sent my CV to a lot of companies but did not receive any answer.
Is I it possible,I will come by tourist visa to Qatar and browse to find work and will get work visa.
I am Iranian and have 5 yaers experience.

I am Msc in mechanical engineer with 6 years experience, especially in design such as Casting, safety valve (for petrochemical and refinery), hydraulic and pneumatic.
I have experience in 3D software like Catia, Mechanical Desktop, Autocad,...
I am expert to work with Microsoft office and network and also teaching in university for part time
