Due to growth and organizational restructure, we are looking for an enthusiastic and focused Project / Delivery Manager to join our hard working team based in Manila, Philippines. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, managing, tracking, training, reporting and communication of the major projects involving our Systems.

Working closely with the General Manager, Systems Development Manager, and the development teams you will interact with key stakeholders and team members to successfully gather data, implement solutions and provide training in line with the agreed scope, budget and timeframes.  This position involves extensive travel to our international customers.

Key Selection Criteria for this role:

•    A relevant tertiary qualification combined with equivalent training and experience.
•    Formal training and certification in a recognized Project Management methodology, for example PRINCE2.
•    Proven MS Project and MS Visio skills.
•    Extensive experience in managing projects in a complex environment including demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
•    Proven ability to develop budgets and effectively manage financial, physical and human resources.
•    Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical staff across multiple disciplines.
•    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising close attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Proven knowledge of technology, Finance and ERP systems.
•    Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
•    Highly developed technical, procedural and user document writing skills
•    Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and affect change.
•    Demonstrated understanding of systems and process within a complex environment.
•    Ability to lead and motivate multi‐disciplinary project teams in a changing environment.
•    Ability to exercise substantial initiative and high level judgment and to work independently to meet objectives.
•    Well-developed problem solving skills.
