Internet /skype in Malta

Hey folks,

Is it possible to get good quality internet in Malta? I use skype for a lot of my consulting, and I really prefer video conference but that requires a good connection. What is your experience with providers?

Hi ,

it's me again !

we use Skype a lot and the quality is very good in general . We have internet through Melita and that works fine most of the time.We have the 10 Mbps connection .I do get the impression that at certain times like around 9 am when business starts their servers are working at limit and get slow or even drop the connection.But I think otherwise it is fine. I havn't tried it with video yet though.

it is fine - we have a 30mbps melita connection and was on skype this morning for two hours to south africa with video and no problem at all....

No probs on Gozo using Melita. Skype, watching videos etc.
