some ladies residing in Hara do such kind of a tailoring, you can find their posts on expatriates.com

Also, if you are residing near exit-6 or exit-5, there is pakistani tailoring shop for both men & women near to exit-6 in Al-Nafal.

Arbab

I'm sure you've heard about Lahori Khabay. The place is called "Hayi-ul-wazarat" or "Haara" in general has loads of Pakistani shops for ready made pakistani cloths and tailors.
