Would anyone know if we could buy the Hungarian Pick salami here in Istanbul? Or are we allowed to get some in from Hungary?
I can't make out the custom regulations in Turkey for individuals to import very small amount of foods for own use. Is it possible?
Turkey imports beef, lamb and some pork products from Hungary and i did find some bacon and pork chops. i quess we will have to go to Hungary to taste the famous salami!? Expensive tasting!!

By the way, I just find out we can't use Paypal for any other country only Turkey. i don't know if we can use the Amazon account to buy Kindle books?

well I'm not sure about the salami part. But I know that you can use Paypal for every country. I do

You could be right, maybe it only applies to Ebay but I read the Turkish Paypal site and there are lot of complaints regarding this matter. I just have to keep trying to find out all the rules and regulations here in Turkey so we can live happy ever -after in my favorite country!
