Our company is currently in need of Thai Economic Research Analysts for our pioneer BPO team. Our offshore client is a part of Europe's international publishing, events and electronic information group, delivering business information to the finance, law, energy, and transport sectors for over 35years.

Start date will be last week of Nov- 2nd week of December (as soon as the Managers arrives from training). Salary starts 25k up (depending on the experience and asking salary of successful candidates)

Thai Economic Research Analyst
(not a callcenter nor translation job)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance and ensuring quality of the company database, industry, financial markets and macroeconomic information.
Maintenance and updating of the company database. Updating of company profiles according to the schedule based on the predefined criteria.
Uploading, updating and quality control of financial statements.
Creation of company profiles and manual collection of financial statements in order to maintain an up to date reasonable set of companies.
Review proper classifications for company related information like corporate actions, company announcements, etc.
Will be reading, classifying, and analysis of economic news (in Thai) regarding its impact to the country.

Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Economics, or Accountancy or related courses
Required language(s): Thai, at least 7 out of 10 proficiency in writing and reading.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the field of Economics or Accountancy
Well informed in the latest business and economic news.
Solid understanding of economic concepts and financial statements reporting formats, knowledge of the stock market, knowledge of top companies in Thailand
Attentive to details.
