Bo Jangles

I am retiring early next year from the Dallas, Texas VA Hospital and looking for place where there are lots of English speaking folks to assist me with aclimation. The ideal "paradise" would be a "golf cart community", similar to the ones in Florida.

I have been comparing and constrasting different countries and have narrowed down to CR, Ecuador, and Panama. I would love to hear your comments.

I desperately need a primer before I make this big step...
