Hello,
We are about to shift in Kuala Lumpur in Puchong area. Can you advise if it is a good area for living and how much budget we should expect for a good 2-bedroom flat accommodation.
Your advises will be very highly appreciated.

Hello.

Puchong should be ok to stay. Around that area, you may expect about rm1k - 1.5k for 2 bedroom

Puchong is quite huge, hence it is depends on which part are you working at,so that can specific the location to find a right place to stay,or else may stuck in the traffic congested. you will have many type of residential to choose in Puchong area.from landed such as terrace house, semi Detach, Bungalow. and non landed property which is apartment. For those apartment which is ages more than 5-10yrs ( a bit old and dirty because of lack of maintenance.) rental is around MYR 1100 - MYR1,300.00. if you got some budget, advice to go for those new apartment ( age less than a year to two) such as Atmosfera ( with a nice facility), The Zest,Zen,and Desa Idaman ( low rise apartment for only 5 storey each block,it's concept just like a water theam park, quiet, but very nice environment.rental around MYR1400 - MYR 2000-with furniture). all those apartment rental is about MYR 1400 - MYR 1,800 for without furniture.

If choose to stay at landed house, Lake Edge is the perfect place to stay. Quiet, nice, clean, nice view.with a big lake and garden.

Thank you very much for your detailed response. I am getting better and better idea. The place where my husband will be working is near Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, 16 Sierra is linked to several highway networks via Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP).
Your information is valued highly.
Regards.
