Hi, there are some very nice foreigners here but at the same time u will meet some that are a little left of center so just pick those who are most mainstream, no perverts, drunks, gossips, liars, or those who control their women is my goal. Over the years i met some good people but also some strange birds too. Immigration here doesnt stay out of ur pocket either, alot of Countries have dropped fees on visitors in order to get more foreign money to their Countries but not the Phils. Good Luck
