Hello, I am new to the forum. I am originally from Richmond Virginia, USA, and now living in Buenos Aires. I have been here for two months, and i'm still learning spanish, always looking for work, and sometimes looking for a place to stay. I look forward to meeting everyone!

Welcome on board bruckerrlb!

How is life in BA? I wish I'll visit Buenos Aires one day :)

Is it complicated to get a visa?

All the best,

Julien

Hello! Well I am not exactly sure how any of the visa programs work (except for the tourist). The tourist visa is just a stamp you recieve once you enter the country, and it's good for 90 days. Let's see how hard it is to get other visas.

If I cannot live in Argentina one day, at least I'll spend a couple of weeks there :)

if you've got more info about visas, that would be great!

Hello my name is Jan  (originally from New Jersey) and I've been working as an English teacher for 2 years in Buenos Aires, at the moment the only institute I am working for is Sitiodeingles, they treat me really good and if I have any questions about anything they are always willing to help. Another Institute that I recommend would be the Language Experience.

Hello Jan, did you have your teaching degree from the US or did you go to a TEFL course? How do you like the teaching?
