Emails from Banned Individuals?

Can someone tell me why I am receiving emails from individuals who have been banned from this site? Its very annoying! Thanks!

We installed a severe anti spam system a few weeks ago.

This user has certainly been banned after sending you a message (he probably sent the same "copy and paste" message to a few more users and got automatically banned by the anti spam system).

Was it a "real" message or just spam?

I can't reveal everything, just a few things :
> participate on the website (post a few messages on the forum),
> avoid "copy and paste" messages.

we basically concentrate on new users
