Leisure time in Munich

Hi - I will be in Munich 19th to 21st November with work and would like to know what there is to do in the evenings.
I will be staying at Courtyard Marriott Hotel,Munich City East, and will not have my own transport. I am trying to learn some German before I get there but safest to assume no knowledge of German. Love photography and art but not sure if there will be anything open in the evenings. Also like a nice drink and a nice meal so any suggetions gratefully received!

there are so many nice places in Munich many people like to eat in the restaurant L'Osteria (http://www.qype.co.uk/place/14077-LOsteria-Muenchen) or to drink in the bar Die Bank (https://de.foursquare.com/v/die-bank/4a … 20956821e3).
