How safe or unsafe is it to travel to Kigali - weeks of pregnancy?

Actually I have more of a question than a reply? How safe or unsafe is it to travel to Kigali around 11th week of pregnancy? Is Malaria a real danger end of October in the city?
I m supposed to go there for 10 days for work... thanks.
Any info would be highly appreciated. Thanks!!
