Try upstairs at Bayon Market on Russian Boulevarde (near corner of Monivong).  They have quite a large range of kitchenware.

Lock & Lock on Monivong (near corner of Sihaouk Boulevard) sometimes has bakeware, but it's not cheap.

Depending on what it is you are after, Central Market also has a wide range of kitchenware (although I'm not sure about bakeware in particular).

Thanks, will look for it Bayon then :)

Last year I went looking for bake ware also and went to 7 different places. I was looking for a round around 7 cm tall with a hole in the center but couldn't find it in Phnom Penh
1. bayon market. you could find some bake ware here. cookies and casserole
2. pencil (st 214)
3. paragon (st 214)
4. Thmey / Central Market; I found the square baking pan
5. Lock & Lock, I didn't find it but other products are quite expensive :(
6. ABC Bakery in St Sihanouk
7. A store on your left in St Mao Tse Tung just after the Chinese Embassy (if your from St Monivong). It beside a baby product store. this store sells lost of kind of stainless kitchen and hotel utilities, also many kind and size of baking pan. buy lots of cooking material here but didn't find what I was looking from. so I have to ask my parent to send from home :(

hope this helps....
