which is best Kuwait or Dubai or India

What u people think which is the best place and freedom and why.

i have been to these 3 places and i found dubai is nice compared to rest wat abt u?

Kuwait i dont think govt is concentrating in any tourism its a Zero tourism in kuwait as govt is not at all interested in making kuwait as tourism country so sad.

is tourism the be all and end all or is it that they may be maybe they are tying to save what they have and not sell out to USA/EU ??
