Superfoods

even im looking for these super foods in jeddah. let me know if anyone knows

No maca here, goji berries, perhaps, but I have not seen them.

Best places to look for such items:

- Abzaeer, 2 branches.  Google for their website to see locations.  They also have a FB page.  This is a dedicated health food store, and pretty much the only one in Jeddah.

- Health/organic food aisles in Danube, Panda, Manuel, and Carrefour.  They usually have stuff in a few other aisles aside from the dedicated organic food aisles.

I have finally found some 
Lulu supermarket. I brought maca powder, goji berries, chia and hemp seeds, cacao nibs and roobios tea. They had large variety!

now can you let me know how to use those items? and what are the recipes we can use at home for them?
