Looking for a nice office for a growing company. Preferably in district 2, 3, 1, Binh Thanh... maybe Phu Nhuan. Need conference room, admin offices, accounting office, design creative team office with many computers and traditional pencil artists, laboratory for workers and engineers, space for machinery, place for hazardous waste, similar to labs for doctors in a clean environment, testing facility, IT Software Development office, and the whole shabang. 800 to 1500 m2, at around $10 to $20 per m2. Need some suggestions. Looking at E-Town at the moment but its in Phu Nhuan.
