Is Internt TV available in HCMC

I would like to subscribe to some kind of a internet TV service which can provide Indian channels. Is there any kind of service provider in HCMC or is there any way of watching these channels on TV (the TV will need to be connected to internet somehow if possible).

I can view InterNet TV through my computer and connected to the TV through a S-connector.

You might have to use a VPN in order to view TV as many are geo-restricted. VYV is available here!
