how much does it cost to study electrical engineering ?

people can you please help me
Please tell me of a uni that is good but has a low tuition fee
I have a high school percentage of 98%42
And a toefl degree of 87 ibt
And sat but not american version . Is this valid ?
Or i have to take the us version?

Try Mapua in Manila or CIT (Cebu Institute of Technology) in Cebu.

CIT always tops the annual licensing exam in the country.

Tuition won't cost you 1 Lak per semester. There are two semesters in every school year which begins in June and closes in March of the following year.

TOEFLE is not required in any university, but it will help you a lot if you speak English well. A score of 86 is ok.
