Welcome on Expat-blog Sam! :)

Maybe you can write some articles in the participative life in Spain guide, it might help new arrivals.

Thanks a lot

Hey Sam,

I'm a Dutch woman living on St. Maarten in the Caribbean. I am the Manager of the Red Cross here. I am now tired of this place and plan to move to Girona at  the beginning of September 2010.

I am studying Spanish and hope to be able to speak it well by the time I arrive.

I am going to need help in finding a cheap apartment in Girona town (Jewish Quarter preferably) for about 6 months (Central heating).. I can pay in advance before arrival - no problem. I am single with a small dog and cat who are coming with me.

When I arrive I'll need some one to show me where everything is.

I have moved more than 50 times in my life so this is not a big deal for me.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
