DEPENDENT VISA in US for INDIAN

Hi This is Purushotham from Malaysia. My Niece got married recently with Indian who is working in US.

Now my niece wants to join with him. Please advice me any one how to get Dependent visa and what is the process to follow and how much time it will take?

Thanks a lot Aurélie but unfortunately there is no proper information about H4 visa(dependent visa).
