I am looking for a 2-bedroom flat in Kilimani with the following features:
- Furnished, with appliances not more than 4yrs old
- Bright rooms / large windows
- On ground floor with garden OR upper floor with LARGE balcony
- Walking distance to Yaya Centre (or Junction)
- Open (American) style kitchen
- Preferably with pool and/or shared garden/yard

I can pay between 80-120,000 KSH/ month depending on the quality of the furnishings and other features listed above. I will pay slightly more for a bungalow with a yard/garden.

(I will consider a 3-bedroom place, but cannot pay more for this. I will also consider an unfurnished place IF all other features are met). I would like to move in December 10th, and would rent for a long term stay (6m to 1yr)

We are a quiet, tidy, non-smoking couple without pets.
Thanks.
