Anyone here knows how many times can a tourist enter Malaysia for a year?.. My friend will be coming over for the 3rd time and 3rd consecutive months also. Maximum stay here (from Philippines) is 30 days and she leaves every 28th day of stay.. Now is the 3rd time she plans to do it.. Is it allowed by the Immigration?

Everywhere in the world tourist welcome to visit every time he/or she wishes to visit.
If the visit is intentional for tourism purpose.
If anyone use the tourism visit for other purposes then different history I guess.

Even if you visit monthly? Leave for a week and back again?.. Will it not be questioned?.. She's holding a tourist pass only..

well dear there is know restriction on social visit ,you may come as many time you want ,but on arrival immigration officer has right to ask u why you come to malaysia so many time and you have to make them stisfied with correct and meaningfull answer .then i think there is no objection.

irrespective of the type of visit visa you hold, or you arrive in malaysia and request visa on arrival the immigration officer has the right to allow or refuse you entry if he is not satisfied with the reason you are giving to enter the country, if you can convince the immigration officer she loves malaysia so much and you need months to see each and every road in malaysia,, you might be granted visa on arrival
