Hi Novelist,

First of all you need to "activate" your private message privileges by participating in the forums a little.

Then click on INBOX and hit the "SEND MESSAGE" button.

Just remember, if you send out copy & paste messages (SPAM) you're only going to end up getting your mailbox locked out for violation of the anti-spam rules.

You should have already read both the Expat-blog "Terms of Use" and your local forum's "Code of Conduct", they clearly state what is EXPECTED of you as a member and the rules you must follow.
