Christmas in Kvarner Area

Hello everyone, my partner and I would like to spend few days including Christmas in Opatija Riviera. So could you recommend us a nice hotel and a good restaurant for Christmas Eve? Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi,
The Hotel Milenij in Opatija is a great hotel and they also have a great restaurant.

The Hotel Mozart is also very nice.

Restaurants...I'm not sure what will be open for Christmas eve. I recommend calling the hotels and asking what is open.

HI ,
Like Gabriella said that Hotel Milenij is one of the nicest hotels that is usually open during the winter season, and Mozart is also open,both are located right in the heart of Opatija.
The 4 flowers should be open as well through out the winter season.
Ruzmarin also located in Opatija near to the bus terminal is a small cozy restaurant, not expensive, Roko is a very popular pizzaria with a rustic feel, its normally packed with people and in Volosko there are a few nice restaurants, Plavi Podrum is excellent.
