I am conducting some research on the history of the Makarov pistol; where and how they were produced and used in Bulgaria and elsewhere. I am looking for the personal and professional stories of people who carried these sidearms, or worked for companies that produced them. Daily life stories, how they were trained, rules under whihch they were used, etc.

If you are one of these people, or worked for one of these companies or agencies, or if you have any ideas about how to locate or contact them, or other forums I should contact, please let me know. I hope to end up with some really interesting stories to share.
