Difficulties in getting driver's license in Riyadh

It is really difficult for me in getting Saudi driver's license here in Riyadh. Anyone can tell me to whom I should talk or approach to?. Thanks.

"kabayan" if you are a contactor the company can help along for sure if they are really willing to get you a license they will do their best. Anyway the rest is still onto your capability. Some I know got their license under the table to easen the hardwork but Im not suggesting this. I am not really sure why it took time for you to get one.

Thank you Kabayan, it is a time work schedule that doesn't allow me to leave at work and that's the main reason why I couldn't get it. I assume to take under the table negotiation if ever I could find a person working here in any driving school. If anyone knows, please let me know.
