Planning to more to NZ with family and am self-employed in SA

geniesolver

Hi all, or whever : )

I have been self-employed for the past 16 years -Transcription (typing up interviews, hearings, drug trial reports, etc. etc. etc. Translation, Proofreading and editing - and am planning to do the same in NZ. I really am very good at what I do.

My son is a water reticulation plumber working as a cocktail barman, and my daughter is a qualified Pilates trainer.

We would, either singly or as a family, emigrate (daughter has dual SA/US citizenship) and I have around $60.000 to use to startlife in NZ.

I would be wanting to buy a piece of land where the weather is tropical within sound of the sea, and then build on it - far away from any major city but with internet availability, and somewhere where land is not so expensive. I'm quite happy to have mixed-colour neighbours, in fact would prefer to have.

Can anyone give me any advice on the best way to go about things?

Lynda : )
