Free tuition class for Latvian or Russian language

This group/ platform is very useful . I love it

There *should* be free classes to learn Latvian - there is lessons for Russians to learn latvian, provided by the government, so I'd expect to see classes for English speakers too - but that may just be wishful thinking.

There are definitely paid classes which vary in price and run over 3-6 month stretches, with varying classes per day/week. Some intensive, some less so.
