Post new topic

Does anyone know of a 'bus that goes from Aqaba to Petra on FRIDAY, 21 December 2012?

If so, from where (do you have a telephone number)and what times?

Also, does anyone know of a 'bus that goes from Petra to Amman (Airport) on SUNDAY, 23 December, 2012? (We need to be at the airport for around 5.30pm - 6.00pm.)

You can PM me, if you wish and I can give you my telephone number, if required.

Many thanks.

Hi,

There are no busses from Aqaba to Petra, you can take an taxi.
It will take aprox. one  hour to drive.
From Petra to Amman there is a busline (JETT) but it will not stop at the airport. You will arrive at the busstation close to the 7th cirkel where also an office is from Royal Jordanian.
So, from that point you will need a taxi to get to the airport.
The traveltime from Petra to Amman will take aprox 3 hours, and from the busstation in Amman about half hour.
I advise you to leave in the morning from Petra if you want to be on time at the airport.
I can not give you the times when the busses goes but I hope that I helped you a lot with these information.
