Hello guys my name in Sonia and I live in Stavanger (Norway), next year Im gonna study here at the university of Stavanger, I would like to study Social Scuelces, do u think that after that I will get a job 100% ??

Hi Sonia,

It depends what sort of job you are interested in. Are you thinking of working in the academic sector? This is a bit of a special case. In general, most Norwegians get a job. Whether it matches your education is not certain. For most jobs, you will be required to speak Norwegian.

Well i d like to do a social work in future, for example in the area regarding children. Of course i ll learn Norwegian for one year at the university and after that I'm gonna start with social sciences. Thank u for ur response. Do u know what kind of job i could do while I'm not studying ?

I'm not sure what sort of job you could do. You can of course look on www.finn.no for job listings.
