I have a spacious beachfront house (6,600 sq ft) located 8 kms north of Montanita Ecuador that has 8 BR's and 6 1/2 baths. Four BR's face the ocean w/private baths while two pairs of BR's share a Bath between each pair. Tile floors throughout the house which is in good condition. Kitchen needs a little updating which we are in the process of completing. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to retire or relax in a peaceful, inexpensive area.
