Yes there are many , what exactly do you want to buy ?

For Groceries - Al Jazeerah market, in Sulaimaniya very near to Akaria Mall,

Or just couple of blocks away Kingdom Center, Or Hyper Panda, (which is little far but 5 - 10 mins drive on car you can get anyyythiing from there)
