There are many places to play, but of course you need people to play with 
teniszpartner.hu is a good place to find someone, or you can enter an informal tournament and meet people there.
Not sure what you mean by middle level, but I recommend you try out the amateur tournament at either Pillango or Folyondár. They are every Saturday.
