Urgently Need Advice

Hi every1,

I am 10 days away from relocating to the RAK, UAE. Actually,the institution I am going to work for suddenly changed my work location from Abu Dhabi to RAK. I am concerned about two things: kids' education and healthcare facilities. My questions are the following:
1. Are there schools that provide English Support program for kids whose mother tongue is not English? I have two boys 10 and 6 and don't speak a word of English.
2. Are RAK hospitals decent enough to trust in case of an emergency?
