For those interested you can calculate your utility bills using one of the two online calculators

the utility bill calculator that goes beyond 2010 is available here

https://www.mybill.com.mt/ all you need is the start and end dates and the start and end readings for water and electricity - it will then calculate what your charges should be.... based on how many registered consumers are relevant

this is the ARMs one but this only goes back to 2010

I was going to develope an application that did that according to if you are on the domestic or recidence rate.

its more complicated than you might think as theyre are many variables - the bands dont match the way you might think they would or should do....
