Ok, just found this site... hope there are other Filipinos out there somewhere. I am looking for any Filipino communities or really just some friends from the same place as me (Philippines!) that I can hang out with sometimes. I'm pretty laid back and good company... I think.

I've just moved to Sydney from Melbourne on Monday and like you, I'm also looking for new friends here. I'm originally from Cebu but have been in Australia for 8 years now.

Let me know if you're interested in meeting up somewhere in the CBD. It can get a bit lonely in a new city so hope we both can meet new friendly people soon.

I suggest an online search will find you a Filipino community or organisation in Sydney.
Even check out the phone book.
