There is a Friend of a Friend who is willing to apply for a visa on her own. What is the the process ? What exactly she would be need to apply her exit reentry ? I don't know if she is planning to come back or not so let me know if she plans to apply for final exit too.
Hoping to get quick response :)

If she's on her husbands Iqama, she can do absolutley nothing for exit re-entry visa or the final exit.

The final exit is a lengthy process which requires clearances from banks, closure of bank accounts, payment of telecom bills/lines etc.
Here are dets: http://workinginsaudiarabia.blogspot.co … rabia.html

But again, nothing without her husband's consent if he is the sponsor.

Not even Exit reentry ? But usually how people apply if they dont have mandoob, cant she use his details and apply online ?

TheLegendLeads

To the best of my knowledge, there are four ways to get an exit re-entry after paying the fees online.

1- Visiting Jawazat office - Only sponsors allowed.

2- Online using Muqeem website (https://www.eserve.com.sa/muqeem/). Must have an account there and companies own those accounts; not individuals.

3- Using a mobile phone. Service subscription needed. Check out: http://www.arabnews.com/node/360355

4- Visiting a Khidmaat Aama Office.

(In the 4th option, there are chances of an under-the-table deal.)

Living in a country where male is all-in-all, I don't think run away in an option for her.

- I recall a similar case where a lady resorted to Pak embassy and got redemption.

- In an other case, the lady went to the family court (same as Marriage court) and talked to Qazi (interpreters are usually available) and got her solution.

- Family and/or friends strong intervention could be a way here but I'm not sure if that will work.

better option visit to nearest police station or embassy

no body can stop her going back to her country

Of course they can.  If you don't have an exit visa, you ain't goin' nowhere.

Although an option might be to sneak across the border into Yemen ...

Fidgety Soul

Its better to be abused rather than going to Yemen :P (No offence to Yemenis around)

Alliecat

Yeah, I know. That was a little (very little) joke :P

All expat women who are not employed and under their company's sponsorship are naturally under their husband's sponsorship. In such cases - the only person who can give exit reentry or final exit is either the husband (through online muqeem portal, registered through MOFA & approved by Jawazat) or through the company.

In order to escape an abusive husband, you should contact your embassy and they will arrange to assist you to an extend. They can contact her relatives back home and arrange to have settlement but until that time she will still be with her husband.  Another solution would be to approach Hia - Muttawa's and ask for guidance in separation. Yet another solution is to go to police station, file a complaint, take up the case in court and file for divorce and then you get your final exit. If she is an Asian expat then let her contact some social worker or agency and they can guide and assist her from abuse.

Hope this helps her.

Fidgety Soul

No, she can not take such steps. she only wanted a escape. Anyways Thanks for all the support
