Hello:

When I first found this forum I saw the section on Paraguay and contacted quite a few people by private message asking if you had any contacts who could help with a permanent residency.

If one of you complained to the admins of the forum then I am very sorry that you received an unsolicitated private message from me. But what I did was permitted by the forum staff and I would not have objected to receiving such a message if I lived in Paraguay.

Anyway, If an apology needs to be sent out I am doing that right now and I thank the people who replied to my message about Paraguay.

The problem I have now is I am not able to contact those who replied to my by private message since my private message capability is now disengaged.

I ask the admins of this forum to engage my private message facility so I can respond to the KIND PEOPLE WHO RESPONDED TO MY PRIVATE MESSAGE AND TRIED TO HELP ME.
