Ola Expats & Expatista's, how are you all doing on this fine weekend afternoon?
You know, a lot of expats coming to Kuwait always complain that there is nothing to do here, that Kuwait is boring etc. to you I say, you could not be farther from the truth.
Take yesterday evening for example, in the morning I was out for my usual jog with my group (the Q8FootSoldiers (here)), i was also passing out business cards to strangers who were also running, making me appear as a crazy person, but it was sweet coz two women recognized me as the "Gangnam runner".
so that was my morning, the evening however, was something quite magical and, comical.
I was always under the impression that I had a comedic calling. I enjoy making people laugh, even if it is at my own expense, so when I was looking thru the facebook Kuwait expat group and came across a post about an open mic night, and they were asking anyone with a talent (or who thinks they have a talent) to come on board as a performer for their 15 minutes of fame (in this case they were 5. so i said, lets go for it.
and the result?

ladies and gentlemen this happens in Kuwait, you just need to look, put yourself out there, and not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.

I actually saw the event info and was planning to go but ended up enjoying the great weather reading the book by the sea and getting a sunburn. 
I'm so pissed at myself that I did not go at the end - thanks for the movie clip, it will help not to make the same mistake in the future.

hehe, no no, i'm not that self conceited. I just enjoy doing new things, trying out different activities, u know what they taught us in Allegra's window? you'll never know until you try!

Legacy, That was pretty good for your first go, Your timing is a little off but heck the audience didn't even help they seem confused and unaware of what to do.. "should we laugh or just blindly stare at him".
I respect you very much for doing this, Big Props and the bit about two way prostitute about how I love you as big as the traffic behind me, got me holding my sides, you should have elaborated.
