Hi,

Very recently from kolkata,India to Muscat,Oman. I am very worried about the hot weather over there.can anyone suggest me that how to protect myself from the heat..what are the pre cautions one should take... What type of food one should eat to get rid off the heat.

Please tell me.....

schaz

Bro!
You need to bring alot of blankets and jackets to be protected by heat. Make sure when you reach at Muscat airport.... your face should be covered with an aluminum Mask, so that the heat wont affect you much. Also, if possible, come to Muscat by covering your body with the heavy fur coats and long boots so that the heat will fly away !!!

For food, if you're a vegetarian, please bring the vegetables as it is.... they will be cooked by the heat automatically

Bro!
For obtaining a proper answer, the question should be appropriate... Im sure everyone must have smiled at the topic you created, however they kept silent. You're the protector of yourself. MIllions of people living here in a NORMALIZED weather. Your question is so irrelevant and childish that none can even reply properly as well!

Anyway! you're adviced to think before you ask. Else, me or anyone will give the same sort of replies to you!

Sorry for being rude bro...may be my topic heading is not correct..but as I came to know that heat over here is irresistible and I am not from there also....so little bit worried that whether I can adjust or not

schaz

As i said above, whatever you do in your country to protect yourself from heat, you do it here as well. On a serious note, weather of Oman is considered to be as the best among all the GCC countries!
