Hi!

I am very interested in putting up a preschool in Phnom penh. Does anyone know how the investment process is? Any information is appreciated.

I am not sure how it works , but if I can help build it let me know have years of experience in construction.

If you end up going through with this, drop me a line. I plan on teaching in PP within a few years, and part of my plan is to do a lot of volunteer teaching as well.
