Can an Indian citizen open a bank a/c jointly with an Australian citizen at any Nationalized bank in India.
any input on this! :)

In india only close blood relatives can open a joint bank account. For e.g.: brothers, sisters, spouse, mother and father.

Many banks offer joint account but their terms and conditions are different. I think you can open joint account at corporate level.
The details are required from both of you.

yes an indian can do to oopen bank a/c because i am from afghanistan and i have  an account in panjob bank but australian  can make himself and indian also

no either need to be blood relationship or otherwise it can be partneship firms and corporate account possible
