As I explained to you in your other posting, you must activate your private messaging privileges by participating in the forums, posting topics and responding to others. If you have already done so then your mailboxes should already be open.

If you have been sending out copy and paste messages then it has been locked out by the Anti-Spam system for violating the rules as you were previously informed.

Oh found it.  Yes, it absolutely is unclear.  If it automatically unblocks, then obviously there is a magic number of "interactions" to which we can start sending messages.  What is that number?

I think this limit is kind of absurd.  It is one thing if we are sending advertisements.  It is completely different if we are messaging people for a real 'expat' specific reason.

There are no exceptions, if you were sending copy and paste messages and this was why your mailboxes were locked out automatically. When a new member registers they are required to indicate that they have read and will abide by the Terms of Use of Expat-blog. If you did not read those rules is Expat-blog somehow to blame?

If you have not been sending out copy and paste messages in the private message system then your mailbox should already be open.

I've had the same problem, tried to write on forum and posted a new post and still I'm locked out.
