I am working for a quality and service investigation company that carries out continuous market investigations for well-known companies of services and shops all over the world.
The task is quite simple: depending on the job, you will visit certain shops, shopping centres or diverse companies in the service sector located in the vicinities of your home. You will only have to observe, you won't have to interview anybody, you will only have to behave in the most discreet way possible. You will have to observe carefully, for example, how the personnel and colleagues behave and what impression you have of the general aspect of the shop. All this information will then be introduced into some predesigned forms that you´ll give us back later on. The time needed for doing such an assignment is about three quarters of an hour.
It is only a part time job but really interesting.
