online employment agencies?

Hi there - I am wanting to immagrate to the Cayman Islands and see form reserch on the web that you basically need to gat work there first. Want I would like to know is there any other ways other that sending my CV to the online employment agencies? I am in South Africa.

Charl. You will have seen from postings on my blog that Cayman doesn't welcome immigrants - only migrant workers for a limit of a few years, depending on the type of work. Waitresses and bargirls are always in demand. For that kind of work you should probably visit here as a tourist and sniff around. For jobs that require a higher level of education, there really isn't any practical alternative to going through an agency, if you don't know someone already here.
