Printer and scanner... Where?

I need to print some forms from my email, fill them out & scan/email back. Any recommendations on an Internet cafe I can do all of this at?
I've never used an Internet cafe are they open late?
I appreciate any advice you have

The photocopy shop will help you doing those things with cheaper prices. In some places, internet coffee shops are open quite late but not 24/24. However, the internet coffee shops might not have printed and scanned for you.

Hi

You can go to Printing and Photocopying Services shops along many streets in the city. Bring your laptop with you and ask them to print. Coffee shops do not provide printing services.

Nguyen Hue street, between SunWah building and Duxton hotel.
Dinh Tien Hoang street opposite the Social Sciences University. Go to any universities, you'll find printing shops nearby.

Or you can go to the corner of Nguyen Dinh Chieu and Pham Ngoc Thach street.
Its near Diamond plaza. Many photo & print shop at there
