Family, school and expenses in Istanbul

Hi all. I am planning to move to Istanbul in September. I have a wife and 3 kids (aged 12, 9, and 4). I am trying to prepare a monthly budget for rent, school, transport and other expenses. Not lavish in spending but decent enough for kids.
