What is a good salary I can ask for?

Hello, I have been discussing an opportunity in nairobi, and would like to know what is a good salary I can ask for and what are the normal benefits expat people get from company (for senior management position_Group head) can expect or ask for.

Right now i wok as executive director - Human resource in india drawing approx US $ 200000 PER ANUM( Indian Rupees 78 lacs)

if you are getting that much in India why do you prefer to go to kenya and struggle? Kenya cost of living is too high, even if you get more pay, by end of the day savings would become less.
If they offer you, 30,000$ + Fully furnished House + Car + driver, then you can save 25,000$... Just an idea, coz already you are getting 18,000$ in india...
